L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Lotion

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I've realized that my face is ALWAYS a shade or two lighter than my body. This is SO irritating because my face NEVER matches my body and whenever I choose the right shade of foundation for my's way too light compared to my body. With that being said, I've been using this every once in a while to even it out. I know it's not a "Facial" sunless tanning lotion, but it has been working out for me. I also use it for my whole body if I feel like I need an extra "umph" in my tan.

-Great color for my Asian skin. I have a yellow/olive undertone to my skincolor and this works great. Just don't use it TOOOO often or else you may turn orange (As with many other sunless tanners)
-Not streaky as long as you blend it into your skin well. Just make sure not to slab it on and expect it to be even.
-The smell isn't too bad. I haven't used TOO many self tanners before, but the smell of this one didn't bother me too much.
- Fades evenly for the most part
-Dries fast
-It's cheap! You can buy it at any drugstore, walmart, target, etc.

-The lotion has a glitter in it and I guess that's the "glow" part of it. But I just find it annoying especially because I like to use it on my face.
-With that being said, I can't wear it during the day (unless it's on my body) because I would just look like a disco ball! But that's not too much of a problem since I shower and exfoliate at night and then apply the lotion, let it dry, then just head to bed.

Let me know what you guys think!

CL of 2ne1 Make-Up Tutorial

Hey everyone! So this look was inspired by CL of 2ne1 from their music video 날따라해봐요 (Follow Me). It's one of their newer videos...but it's quite old if that makes any sense haha. It's just a dramatic double-winged eyeliner and the rest is pretty simple. Let me know if you like it! :)

Water Nymph/ Mermaid Look

Imogen from Foxylocksextensions, Heather123, and are having a collab contest and I figured I would enter the contest! I've never done a "video response" type contest before so I figured I would do this one for fun. Let me know what you guys think! Maybe I'll do a tutorial on how I did it if enough people want me to! :)

Fashion Photoshoot

I was honored enough to be the make-up artist and hair stylist on set for a fashion photoshoot with JeFresh Media! He's starting up a photography business and it's been going amazing! Check his site out HERE. Anyways, we did a few different outfits with two totally different looks for the hair and makeup.

The first set was a more natural look. I styled Sarah's (our model) hair in a natural, curly style and did her make-up with more neutral colors to bring out her eyes.

The next outfit was a bit edgier. We went for a black, white, and red look and I figured an edgy updo would fit the look. I also applied an exaggerated wing and false bottom lashes as well as intensifying the contour for this look.

We then decided to keep the hair and makeup with just a few touchups but change the outfit.

Let me know what you guys think! I had a lot of fun working with Sarah and Jeff (from JeFresh Media). It was a tiring day but extremely fun overall! :) You can also click on any of the pictures above to get a closer view of the photos! :)

Kawaii Cell Phone Case

I know it's been forever seen I posted last! I was in Chicago for the weekend. We went to Shedd's Aquarium! It was so fun! So many weird looking creatures lol~ Anyways...when I got back home I found several packages in my mail. It was different embellishments that I ordered a week ago in order to decorate a cell phone case! I've been seeing a lot of different cute blinged out cell phone cases that Japanese girls have made popular and I decided to try and make my own. Tell me what you think!!!
Here are a few pictures of the animals at Shedd's!!!

Gold Clubbing Make-up Tutorial

I was requested to a do a night-time/going out look with gold. Here's what I came up with! It's quite simple and could actually be worn to day-time events as well.. if you wanted to tone it down some you just wouldn't have to use as much black in the corners. Here are the pictures :)

Hair tutorials and POSSIBLE GIVEAWAY?

Hi! I just uploaded a video tutorial onto youtube...OMG this took FOREVER! Once I clicked upload video it said it would take 165 minutes....and it really did take that long. I tried uploading it once and stupid me just had to accidentally close out of my internet browser with only 30 minutes left. So I tried again..and finally after another 165 minutes the video has FINALLY uploaded to YT. I also wanted to let you guys know that I'm planning on doing a contest/give-away when I reach 1,000 subscribers to my youtube channel. I currently only have 800 and i'm grateful for each and every one of you! But in order to do a giveaway i need at least 200 more!!!! Not exactly sure what I want the prize to be yet, so COMMENT! and let me know! Enjoy~ :)

I went to Meijer the other day to just shop for groceries and came across these DELICIOUS ice cream sandwiches. I guess they're very low in fat and calories and all that bad stuff. Anyways, theyre so good and I figured I would share with everyone :) They're called the Skinny Cow sandwiches I guess.. lol! So cute. Theyre so good and much better for you than those normal ice cream sandwiches. AND theyre a decent size. :)

I decided I would do an outfit and face of the day today since the lighting is so good~ Enjoy!

Dress - American Eagle
Vintage belt
Wedges - some little store in downtown Ann Arbor

I don't think I ever blogged or mentioned that I graduated two months ago. Anyways, I guess it wasn't too big of a deal for's kinda just expected that we all graduate college in our family. I'm the last child to finally make my way through college and onto the real world. My two older brothers and I have all graduated from Michigan State University...perhaps our children will go here someday (i doubt it though since we're all spread out in different states now) BUT..yeah..only my parents were able to make it to my graduation. They drove all the way from ALABAMA! O_O My brothers couldn't cuz they weren't able to come all the way from Cali and Ohio. Either way, I am grateful :)
