I was bored and figured I would play around with some of my more vibrant colored makeup. This look is still completely wearable for everyday but still has that pop of color. I used my BH Cosmetics 88 matte eyeshadow palette. I also used an NYC white eyeliner as the base...this REALLY intensified the colors!!! It was only $0.93 at wal-mart! hehe :D I love finding good deals. Well, here's the look!

Halloween Tutorial: Vampire (Katherine from The Vampire Diaries)
I know I look nothing like Nina Dobrev but I tried to do a tutorial to kinda get the feel for her character as Katherine when she's in vampire mode. Click here for the youtube tutorial!
Here are some pictures that I looked at for inspiration.

I wish I had a pair of vampire fangs to put on to show you guys....but the truth is I don't. :( I'm sorry. Fangs would totally complete the look though. Like I said before, this is more of an inspired look. Not that many products were needed. The most important things for this look are a foundation that is a few shades lighter than your natural skintone, matte black eyeshadow, and a red eyeshadow, Katherine/Elena's signature black leather jacket and long curly hair. Here are a few pictures of the look on me! Towards the end, it got too hard to look evil and conniving..... so i just made silly faces and smiled. lol
You can't really tell from the pictures, but I put in my pink circle lenses because the vampires in the show get these glossy red eyes once they go into vampire mode. The pink circle lenses were PERFECT for this effect. I also used my Hello Gorgeous Extensions in order to get Katherine's perfect loose long curls. I hope you guys enjoy this look as much as I did! :)

Another NOTD: Green + Silver w/ Black Feather
This was one of the simplest nail art thingymajiggers I've done in a while. I used a mint green base color and with a black nail art polish, I added feathers onto my ring fingers and added silver tips to every finger. I finished it off by adding a clear top coat. I don't think the green looks that great for my skintone, but I can't but help LOVING the color! It's so calm and cool looking. I hope you guys like it!

NOTD: Kawaiii~~~
This is a terrible picture, but neither of my camera's batteries are charged yet so I had to use my webcam on my lappy. Sorry!! :( After I got done, I realized it's kind of a down-played gyaru nail art type of nail. It's blingy and bold but not toooo much. I think it's a completely wearable nail.
I used a pearl wet'n'wild nail polish from a LOOOOONG time ago for the base color(i'm surprised it hasn't gotten too clumpy and unusable) Then using a holographic black polish from Missha I drew an angled tip. I think the hardest part was adding the silver "lace" detail with an art brush nail polish. I realized that this part was completely unnecessary by the time I finished -_-. Then, using a clear top coat, I painted one finger at a time and added flatback rhinestones of two different sizes before the clear nail polish dried. I'm really clumsy with my nails, so the rhinestones always seem to fall off. I'm always washing dishes without gloves, etc. I guess I don't take too good care of my nails >< Anyone have any suggestions on keeping nail decorations last? I'd LOVE to hear them haha.
Welll, here's the disgustingly grainy and unflattering picture. I'll try to upload a better picture in the near future.

Spots!
Here's my NOTD. I just used a baby pink polish as the base and added some black dots all over. A couple fingers have a few random magenta dots. After all that dried, i added silver glitter spots all over and applied a clear top coat. Enjoy!
Here's another NOTD pic from a few weeks back that I completely forgot to upload. It's pretty random. I didn't have any idea what I was going to do and I just did whatever. Lol
